Lease Application

This is an application for use of facilities at The Luckman Fine Arts Complex at Cal State LA. Please complete all portions of this application to avoid processing delays. Completion of this application does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Only after a contract has been executed and a deposit received shall a booking request be considered confirmed.

The Luckman Fine Arts Complex may require additional information concerning the producing organization, the nature of the program, and planned use of the facilities. The Luckman Fine Arts Complex management retains the right of final approval for all rental requests. Technician labor and equipment cost estimates to the lessee are determined based on the information provided in this application.
