Smiling woman in a sleeveless top stands on a dimly lit stage, illuminated by soft spotlight. Her hand covers her mouth as if laughing, and her long hair falls over her shoulders. The background is dark and smoky, enhancing the dramatic lighting.

Kany Diabaté

Born into a family of artists, French dancer/choreographer Kany Diabaté began her training at just five years old in Paris, and later at Le Ballet National du Senegal in Dakar. Her deep connection to African movement and rhythm became the foundation of her artistry, shaping her unique approach to the art form. As she expanded her repertoire, Kany ventured into hip-hop and funk styles and joined renowned dance companies such as Montalvo-Hervieu.

She has performed and choreographed for Cirque du Soleil, Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Brandy, Christina Aguilera, and Demi Lovato, among others. Her visionary approach to movement also led her to choreograph for Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Trevor Jackson.
