PAIN POINT SCHICHT
organized by Karin Mayr and Martin Sturm
Karin Mayr and Martin Sturm formed a multimedia collaborative based out of Vienna, Austria that creates projects that combine their artistic work with their curatorial practice. They developed this unique combination when they co-founded the artist-run space project LOVE_ in Vienna, a composite of art and curation that counteracted the conventional showcasing of their work through an integrative approach to exhibition design. For their exhibition Pain Point Schicht at the Luckman Gallery, they will combine this unique blend of artistic creation and curation by working with a selection of European artists who work outside the normal exhibition circuit.
