About the series

For over 30 years, The Luckman Fine Arts Complex at Cal State LA has been a premier destination for unique arts and culture experiences.

We created Luckman Sessions to ensure our arts programming is accessible for everyone, everywhere. Through the series, we have expanded our reach to a global audience, with viewership in nearly 60 countries.

At its core, Luckman Sessions is about authentic storytelling and sharing narratives that transcend borders, languages, and genres. We believe in the profound role the arts play in amplifying voices and igniting connections. Each episode offers an intimate glimpse into the artist’s journey while inviting audiences to experience the depth and beauty of their work.
